About Us

Husband and wife team Lamti & Kim Bouchareb own and manage the Brentwood Brasserie in partnership with Terry Brett, Kim's brother. Between them, they have over 50 years experience of providing a warm, friendly, unpretentious dining experience. Lamti manages the kitchen service, Kim and her team provide top class table and drinks service.

"We started this business in 2000, and in 2003 transformed part of our premises into the 52 seat restaurant that it is today. Our business has been a resounding success, thanks to our loyal and regular clientele, who have been enjoying our refreshingly down to earth food.
